Description

Shell made of virgin ABS plastic – pure, unused plastic, used for products with high safety standards, medical equipment shells, pharmaceutical shells, aircraft shells…. with high durability and Good impact resistance.
The foam layer inside the hat is made of EPS material. EPS foam is different from regular foam because it is processed by compressing the foam at high density, so the foam has very good stiffness.
The lining inside the hat also has a layer of fabric that is moisture-proof, soft, breathable, antibacterial, and reduces odor after long periods of use. Combined with the carefully sewn, square ear cups, ensuring a complete coverage of the head area.
The hat liner can be easily removed for easy cleaning.
The ventilation system is aerodynamically designed, including 2 large adjustable ventilation slots in the front and an air vent in the rear of the helmet to release air. Inside there are holes to let air flow out, ensuring the wearer’s head is always airy and cool.
The outside windshield is made from high-quality materials with high durability, effective in blocking wind, dust, flying rocks, insects flying into the eyes, etc. The glass has a clear and wide field of vision without deforming the image. Photo. Attached is a pinlock plate mounted inside the glasses to help prevent breath from sticking to the glass, causing it to fog up.
The helmet lock is made of high quality metal, specially designed to help lock and open the helmet easily and conveniently.
